• Remember the most efficient way to give is via online giving.
• All checks payable to: The University of Toledo Foundation.
• Designation of the purpose or a specific fund must be noted on the memo line or an attached memo.

1. Complete the Gift Transmittal form.
2. Personally deliver the Gift Transmittal form, checks/cash, and any other supporting documentation that explains the donor's gift designation. Please do not send via inter-office mail.
3. Please note: Gifts received without a donor designation will be deposited to the Annual Fund for general support to the University.
